Our native local breed beef is home reared and grass fed on our farm. The beef is hung and matured to guarantee a meat of exceptional flavour and quality.
Our home reared, grass feed lamb is rasied on our Kilkhampton farm near Tamar lakes, our Lamb is hung for 7 days to naturally mature and create is tender and full flavour meat.
All of our pork is locally sourced and traditionally reared to ensure meat of the finest quality and taste.
All of our delicatessen produce is made fresh on our Bude site. We bake all our own Pasties, Sausage Rolls, Scotch eggs, Faggots, Meat Pies and ready meals.
